Introducing Groupon Coupons

Introducing Groupon Coupons —
I'm a big fan of saving money. I always check the clearance section, frequently try to find items at Dollar Tree, often weigh the option of purchase new vs. rehab or DIY... You get the idea. We are a one-income family with two kids, so saving money is not just a preference, but a necessity. That said, you can imagine my excitement when Groupon notified me of their new feature — Groupon Coupons!

I'd be willing to bet you've heard of Groupon before, and maybe even used their service to purchase an amazing deal or two. What's the difference between a Groupon and a Groupon Coupon? For one, you don't have register for an account or make any purchase to enjoy your coupon(s). Simply visit their website, browse their 55,000 coupons from about 8,500 retailers (all neatly organized for easy navigation, of course), and when you find a deal you want/need, click and save!

Above are just a few examples of brands and offers, as well as how you can search. On the left, I searched the Featured Coupons option. On the right, I searched the Categories option, and chose Babies & Kids. From the Categories section, you can also search by Events, such as holidays, life events, back to school, and more.

Speaking of back to school... 'Tis the season, and Groupon Coupons definitely has some deals for you. Whether you need clothes or supplies, for grade school or college, there's something there for you. There are even teacher only discounts for all you teachers out there! (I spied a Container Store deal.... hello!)

So, what happens when you see a deal you like? If it's a coupon code, you click the link, and you'll see a window pop up with the code, details pertaining to your deal and/or coupon (such as item limits, expiration date, etc.), and the option to share on social media (Hey, we all want to know about a good deal, right?) and/or subscribe for future deals pertaining to your selected retailer.

I saw a coupon for saving $0.25 off a bottle of Dawn dish detergent, so I snapped a screenshot after I selected the deal. Now, if your preferred deal is a sale, your pop-up window will show "Sale Activated!" with a button to click-through to the retailer's website (if the retailer hasn't already loaded in a new tab/window, which mine did). You'll also see the same deal details, social media buttons, and option to subscribe. Handy!

(Crate & Barrel, heyyyyy!)

Trust me when I say Groupon has something for everyone with categories like free samples, travel, pet supplies, toys & games, groceries, weddings, and more, and retailers such as:

  • Target
  • Starbucks (Holla!)
  • Best Buy
  • Harry & David
  • Sephora
  • and more!
Before you go shopping next, especially if shopping online, be sure to check Groupon Coupons first!

Happy Savings!
